What better way to have a game theory microschool, than directly inside a comic and game shop?
The Village Sanctuary Comics and Games has graciously partnered with us to provide a space for us to learn without fear. They aim to create an inclusive environment for all members of the community. Their support for the neurodivergent community allows for members of all ages to feel included and supported within their store. From dim lighting, to extra space to move to when the game chatter gets a little too loud, Sanctuary Comics and Games is a great partner to have as we start to build our microschool!

We are always looking for community involvement in various forms!
Mentorship (The Sage Program): Serve as a guest speaker where you will spend roughly one hour per session (in-person or virtually) showing students how you use strategy, coding, or logic in your professional field.
Field Quests: Host a small group of students at your office or cafe for a "Behind the Scenes" look at your systems and operations.
The Armory (Equipment Support): Donate "retired" tech, board games, or fabrication materials to our STEAM lab.
Sponsored Challenges: Challenge our students to solve a real-world logic or design problem your business faces. A Sponsored Challenge will be shared on social media so be sure to share your social media with us!
Host a Fundraiser Event: does your shop offer fundraising opportunities for local nonprofits, let us know! We would love to work with you to support our students!
"Nexus Alliance: Tribute" is a fast-paced, arcade-style strategy game designed to illustrate the Power of Small and the strength of mutual support. Players take on the role of the Alliance Core, tasked with sustaining a network of diverse outposts that are constantly under the strain of isolation.
In this game, your survival is entirely dependent on the health of your partners. You must aim and launch Energy Orbs to replenish the dwindling reserves of your allies. When an outpost is thriving, it sends Tribute (valuable resources) back to the Core, allowing the entire alliance to level up.
However.... the challenge scales as your influence grows! The faster the alliance moves, the more energy it consumes. If even a single outpost fails, the network collapses, proving that in a true alliance, the whole is only as strong as its smallest part.
