Some families ask, why group students with other grade levels? For us, the answer is simple. We group students in a grade "bridge" to move away from the traditional classroom model and toward a collaborative community of learners. The groupings allow for students to have a natural differentiation without socially identifying the above/below level learners by removing the "average" expectation of what is "on level" through a variety of "grades" grouped together. This helps students learn without boundaries as it also allows for students who naturally pace more quickly to organically transition into the next grade level without having to formally "wait" on curriculum advancement, or for students who grasp a concept easily to attempt an extension challenge to further their learning. This model also fosters long term relationships and helps to create a continuous learning plan for the students.

While High Schoolers organically will be in a wider variety of course content, their STEAM and Game theory lessons will be a portfolio based elective to compliment their content areas organically.
Content will not be lacking as we following alignment with Oklahoma graduation requirements and want to set students up for whichever path they choose to take! High school students will not only be allowed, but encouraged, to explore all options best suited for their life goals--whether that is completing a college course, enrolling in career tech, or completing a work study experience.
